Depends ... on what program you used for the 2017 amendment and what program you used for the 2018 return.
A) If you downloaded the 2017 amendment program then the return is on your computer ... open the program to download a PDF or look at the return.
B) If you used the online version to amend the return while the 2017 program was still operational then you can download a PDF now IF you used a paid version of the 2018 return. If you used the free version then access will be locked until the 2019 program goes live sometime in December ... at that point you will have to start the 2019 return and pay for at least the PLUS version to unlock all prior year returns.
