I haven't filed in quite awhile. I had a situation in 2008 where i was hired as a illegal 10-99 subcontractor. I filed a ss-8 and was determined to be a illegal subcontractor. I have never gotten a letter from the IRS saying i'm delinquent or owe them money. Is it ok to file or should I do something else first?
