I saw a general response of 21 days it takes from acceptance to approved return. Mine is over 23 calendar days now. What action can I take? Can TurboTax followup for me?

A lot of posts mention that it takes 21 days to move from acceptance to approval. What action can I take if my return is still not approved beyond 21 days? Can I request TurboTax to followup on my behalf?
