Q What exactly is wrong with line 4b?
Ans. The 1099 R for the IRA RMD distribution was transferred to 4b since it had a checkmark IRA/SEP in box 7.
But the pension funds and 401k were not transferred-there was no checkmark IRA/SEP in box 7
Q. And why do you think that it is wrong?
Ans. Only one of The three pension and 401k amounts were transferred directly. I Had to override 4b to include all the RMD distributions

1st code is 7 on the 401k 1099 R only
What is in box 2a,
The $ amount of the distribution.
Is box 2b checked?
No
Is the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box checked?
No
