when did you file and how did you file. e file federal can take about 3 weeks, much longer if mailed. some states are slow in making refunds. their site might also let you check refund status.
for the federal you cam also go to IRS website and review a transcript of the return if its been about 4 weeks since efiling or 6 weeks if mailed. if there is no transcript, the IRS never got it.
