After you file
You would need to get copies from the person or business that issued the 1099-MISC. Nobody else can get it for you. If the form was filed with the IRS then it might be in you wage transcript.
You can get a free "Wage and Income" transcript form the IRS but that is is not a copy of the form.

If you are self employed then you file all your income using your own rerecords whether or not you received a 1099-MISC. Only businesses issue 1099-MISC forms, individuals do not.
