I guess I did buy Deluxe for Windows. I followed the on-screen prompts that came up when I went to download my 2017 return. The prompts directed me to purchase Deluxe 2017. The problem is, I don't know how to contact support. Every time I tried, I got redirected here, or I need to pay for support.
