Not exactly sure what you are talking about .... do you mean you filed the return and the IRS accepted it for processing ? Then they tried to deposit the refund to a pre paid debit card however it had issues and was not completed ? If so the IRS will convert the debit to a paper check mailed to the address on the return ... this process can take a month or more to complete.
