Purchased plus, but I can't access my .tax file
I just purchased TurboTax plus 2017, to download my 2017 tax return. I didn't get a receipt in my email, I can't speak to anyone in customer support for my purchase, and most importantly, I can't access my 2017 return. How do I remedy this without having my bank file a claim for the purchase price?
