This is a public user forum for TurboTax users, not a direct route to Customer Support.     If you lost your Turbo Prepaid VISA Card,  you can phone this customer service number.   (888) 285-4169.

 

Listen to all of the menu options in the recording before entering anything.    One of the options is "To report a card lost, stolen, or never received."     Then on the next menu, you'd choose which of those applies--lost, stolen, or never received.    I presume that blocks the original card and starts a process to send you another to your address you provided.   I don't have a way to test it for you.

 

If you need to speak to someone, such as if your address has changed, then phone it again, and enter the card number at the first when prompted.    If you don't know the card number, it will ask you for your SSN.
