when did you file. September means nothing if you filed in August
assuming your return was accepted, did you check to make sure the routing and account numbers were correct.
do you have any unpaid tax bills federal or state from prior years. if so any your refund was applied to any of these you should have received a notice from the IRS informing you of same. it would be sent to address on file.
