My return was accepted in March. On the where's my refund website, it states my refund amount and that it was deposited to my bank on May 30, 2019, but it wasn't. I have spoken to the IRS multiple times and they have confirmed that they have accepted my return and have sent my refund to turbotax. I have tried to access my Turbo Prepaid Visa card by going through the automated phone call and ordering a new card, reporting that I never received it, and still have not received one. The account and routing number given on my 1040 seem to be a green dot account and I do not know how to access that account.
