Re: my 2017 taxes got flagged as underreported. I found a bug in how my 1099R was processed. I can't seem to fix it and try to amend it now. I'm also not happy I got hit with a penalty and interest.

After you file
Box 7 has a 1, box 15a is correct, box 15b is not, it's got tax withheld from box 4 of the 1099R.
