You said the 2017 PDF you downloaded "does not include my completed 1099 or any income info."
What does that mean? What kind of 1099--1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, 1099-MISC, 1099-R, etc.?
What does "doesn't include any income info" mean? Does your Form 1040/1040A/1040EZ show that you had no income??
