TurboTax does not receive any sort of feedback from the IRS when your tax return has been filed and accepted. No one else has access to your account or to your tax return. After your return is accepted, it is all up to the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?

Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”
