How do I download a transcript? My refund status says “still being processed”. Does that mean they haven’t received it yet? Im curious if they might have needed more information, but never got anything in the mail regarding that. I’ve called every irs number out there and I have only gotten automated voice messages. I can’t figure out how to talk to a real person. Do you have Any advice or number? Every time I enter my tracking refund info, it still says being processed. Nothing has changed over months.
