When I called today again I was told that my verification is fully completed after talking to someone else who establish my account yesterday. It may be that your verification isn't completed fully. When I go to WMR I now get this message "We're sorry but you have exceeded the number of daily attempts allowed.
Information is updated every 24 hours, usually overnight, so you only need to check once a day. Please try again tomorrow."
I know when I was awaiting my first 9 weeks from May 7 every day I checked on WMR and it was the same message until my account got to establish and gave me i checked too much message lol. when I checked twice today. Just call them hun.
