Was the 2017 return prepared in Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download)?
If prepared online, have you located it in your account, and if so, when you click to "download/print the PDF", does it ask you to pay to access?
If so, the method to unlock it depends on what all you have done in regard to a 2018 return. What is the story on your 2018 return? Have you already filed a 2018 online TurboTax return, or is one in preparation? What edition?
