1098-T Form received, but may be in error. Not sure if should file it.

Long Story Short, I received a 1098-T form for my classes in Fall and Summer of 2016. Due to family medical emergency, I had withdrawn from those semesters. I was not responsible to pay to the school back and no funds were paid into the school for those semesters. That means no financial aid was taken out or anything. Would I still file the 1098-T form with my taxes? I know this will give me more back, but Its like I applied for a loan but never got the loan if that makes sense. I just don't want to be audited or pay back something that I shouldn't have taken. thanks!
