Hopefully, you printed and mailed the return yourself. TurboTax does not mail it for you. Also if you have a state return as well, then, hopefully, you did not mail the Federal and state returns both together to only the state tax agency.

Be sure you use the Federal refund amount showing on your Form 1040, Line 20a. Do not use any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
