The only way I've been able to contact Santa Barbara is by sending a message, I got automated message as well. I did get my refund today on my turbotax card after fees were taken out. If your having problems I'd check wmr on irs, if that works then Santa Barbara has incorrect info, screen shot irs & attach to message.
