I have the same "Take Action!" Reference code 1541. Last week when I called the IRS the rep said "Oh it's just an internal code. It's from the EIC & ACTC so nothing for you to worry about". As of yesterday 2/18 still says the same thing on Where's my Refund. So I called again and spoke with a different rep who told me that I should be receiving a letter in the mail from them asking for more information? And the quicker I complete it the quicker my refund will be! But she couldn't tell me what the letter said?!?! I am so confused, worried, irritated....you name it! If you use your phone app to check the status it will just say that there is a delay with your return etc. But if you use a desktop computer and check on the IRS website that's where it says "Take Action!".
