I have received half of my expected federal return as well. So far no explanation. Have been trying to contact my student loan department about possible garnishment from them, no luck. Currently have no idea why. If this is happening to multiple people, why is there not an explanation? Frustrated with TurboTax; seems like there is a pattern happening..
