Yea I gotcha ...it don't make sense. Oh well there really ain't shit we can do about it either. ... And damn they got some nerve saying that they will not answer any questions in refund status . Then just what the hell are our tax dollars paying you for ? To collect your money ? Not give ours back,? Like this is a joke right ..... We need to do something about this mess.
