I am in Georgia but 100 miles north of all the TORNADO activity (God Bless my Alabama neighbors) . I am thinking if you are North of or west of Philadelphia where they mail from there could be weather delays. Also, any letter that is too big to scan.. like my daughter had an 8.5x11 packet from her college ....they dont scan..Only letter size
