Its complete BS sborner and I agree with you.. I am needing my refund like right now and the IRS and our Lawmakers over in the Ringling Brothers Circus tent are doing everything they can from avoiding having to pay us interest on the money they owe us. Pure 100% greed. If some of us would band together and just file a class action lawsuit against the government, we can make it change because it sure is harming the consumers.
