@wilemonhunter Sorry for the late response I'm at work... when I called this morning the IRS rep I spoke with told me I needed to wait 21 days after the date I filled because thier system won't have my info until then. I advised her that I called yesterday and spoke with an agent who DID access my account lol. She paused and said "oh ok... what's your social security # and address." She placed me on hold and came back on the line and told me my refund date. It helps to remember the agent name and agent # for your records when you call. But try to call back and explain your situation and hopefully you'll get a IRS agent that is willing to assist you.
