None of these answers are helping me. I am very disappointed with TurboTax. I cannot access an associate to help me find what I need. There needs to be an email or phone number listed somewhere for help.The upgrade isn't working. Why don't you have a quick pay now option so that I can access my prior year return? The way this is set up is so confusing.
