I also was suppose to have direct deposit. I was told my account info was correct but turbo tax info was not. They said when you owe a fee to turbo tax the money goes to their account first and then gets sent on to you. I tried several times to call turbo tax and got disconnected every time. I don't know what happened but I have to wait on a paper check now.
