After you file
As long as the routing number and account number are correct, you *should* be ok. The routing number is really what controls where the money is routed (i.e. what bank) and the bank name is an extra layer to verify. But, there is really no way of knowing for sure what your bank will do and they could still reject the deposit. After your return has been filed and accepted by the IRS, it is too late to make any changes. If the deposit is rejected by the bank, then the IRS will convert your refund to a paper check.
