Makes me so angry that they are so unwilling to help. I wanted to request an advocate and they straight out said NO because being under review doesn't qualify for one. To be patient.... my bills don't wait. Again I know that we shouldn't count on this however life happens and savings run out specially when you have a lot going on all at once. I am frustrated, depressed and just mad about this situation. People that filed after us get their refund yet here we all are :(:(
