Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, trashing the preference file did not fix my problem (I am running OS 10.13.6). I then installed it on another computer (brand new, OS 10.14.4), same printing issue. I bought my Turbo Tax online directly from Intuit. Any suggestion? I am running out of ideas. Thanks.
