I just got off the phone with an agent (after trying several times) and she advised me that the 1541 code is having to do with the credits that people are claiming on taxes this year..... she advised that she also filed on 1/28 and has the same 1541 Delayed message that we all have gotten.... i advised her that other peoples taxes (that i done this year) that also claimed kids and the EIC has not gotten the 1541 delayed message and some even got an DDD of 2/22.... she said every ones situation is different and should expect a refund the week of 2/27...... fingers crossed
