I spoke to a different rep on Thursday and they said the rep on Tuesday did not do the right thing!! She did a trace on the refund instead of sending referral to the review department! So now they are telling me to give them 60 days to respond to the referral and release my refund!!!! Does anyone know what I should do?? And don't they have to pay me interest now since it is past the maximum time they said??
