I faxed my 8962 Form on 4/16/19. Today I called IRS in hopes of getting an update since it has been 7 weeks. The gentleman told me it would be another 4 weeks. He didn't know why it would be 4 more weeks. So my refund is going to take 11 weeks from when I faxed my form. I'll update you all when I finally get it. :( so frustrating. I wish we can impose late penalties on them just like they do on us when we are late.
