After you file

This has honestly been the worst process of anything in my life.
I sent my 8962  8 weeks ago and was told many different things multiple times when I called during these weeks.
I called today and the lady told me that my refund is in "system error" (someone told me this before and the next week it wasn't in system error, but another lady told me sometimes it does this when it's moving to the next step). anyways the lady told me that all she can do is escalate it and wait another 30 days.

The IRS is an absolute joke of an institution, I really don't know how everyone doesn't have the same information. I've already contacted the Tax Payer Advocate line and going to see if that will help at all.
