Yes they put me on hold for like 5 min and came back on and said that since my letter wasn’t sent out til March there was nothing they could do to hurry the process that the only thing they could tell me is sometime between the 24 and 18... it’s very annoying. I was not happy when I got off the phone with them the lady I talked to seemed like she was just tired of answering questions
