No google the Santa Barbara bank call them it’s the bank tb uses they say using turbo tax is free but no I have to pay for software usage and also wen ur check gets rejected it’s a 20$ fee so therefore your check is sent to their bank and they deduct their fees and send it right out to u. I was just like you last week until I did my own research and found that information out call Santa Barbara they will let u know everything this is how I know my check was sent out on the 2/28 wmr has not changed from my ddd
