When I go on the IRS app it says refund status error. I typed everything correctly multiple times.state and federal were received. Can anyone help?

When I go on the IRS app it says refund status error. I typed everything correctly multiple times.state and federal were received. Can anyone help?
Filed electronically, received state but no federal. It’s been 21 days since I filed.
