I am with all of you. Accepted on January 29 a week later got an error that my information did not match was told to put single instead of HOH by somebody online and I did that worked but it just said it still being processed. Call the IRS and was told that they sent me identity check on February 4. By the way that was February 20… The next day I actually did receive the letter and identified myself and they close the case kept trying to log into the app and it kept saying my information did not match… Called the IRS again since I cannot order transcripts or see anything on the app and they told me it’s just processing they don’t see any other errors… Called again on Friday and it was a very nice man and he told me the same thing that he did not see any errors that it was processing I still have to use single instead of HOH to login now it says it’s being processed instead of still being processed I don’t know if that’s a good sign or not I’m going to call them again on Friday :(
