Hello,
I had filed electronically using TurboTax Deluxe (CD Windows), and my refund is already deposited. Then I had to amend my return using TurboTax, and printed the resulting return to PDF. I thought the PDF would contain form 1040X only, but it actually contains:
1040X, 1040, Schedule B Interest and Ordinary Dividends, Form 8889 Health Savings Accounts
Do I need to mail all these forms, or just 1040X ?
