After you file

So i was assigned a tax advocate and she told me to send in proof of income from my previous employer. I faxed it over to her on 7/16 ever since then I've been calling her to get an update but i don'e get an answer, i leave her voicemails and no call back. Costumer Service can't give me an update because they don't have access to see what a tax advocate can. All they can tell me is that they did verify my income, but there is still a hold on my refund. They try to transfer me to the tax advocate help line which is a 2-4 hour wait. They have given me her supervisors number to reach out but no answer there. Does anyone else have this problem with their tax advocate? Not answering the phone or providing updates?
