Only the IRS will know what specific things they want to know, which likely will not be the same for everybody. You can phone the IRS for more info about your Letter and simply ask them what they are going to want. Or phone the free Audit Support Center to speak to someone at TurboTax using the link I provided you above, but they may not know anything specific either, but should be able to tell you more about the process.
