@mackrolanda   You're posting in an old answered thread from last year that will not show up in the forum as needing help.    TurboTax Support can't help you much with the Turbo Prepaid VISA Card.  That's managed by a third-party banking company.     The Card's customer service is at (888) 285-4169.

I don't know how long Turbo Card keeps your funds if the card account is not yet activated, and when they would send it back to the IRS.   If it were to get sent back, however, the IRS would issue a paper check by mail to the address on the return.

There's another link in the chain, however, if you chose to pay any fees out of the Federal refund.  In that case, the deposit goes first from the IRS to another third-party bank first where the fees are subtracted.  Then that intermediary bank takes out the fees and sends the rest to the Turbo Prepaid Card's bank.   In that case, if the Turbo Card were to refuse your deposit, it would go back to that intermediary third-party bank, who would issue you a paper check in the mail.
