@ellenbishop123 call the 800 eight two nine zero five eight two ext. Six five two . I have to write the number because it wont allow to post ..but they answer really quickly and they can tell u everything u need to know and can put in release to receive your refund.. this is who helped me after 90 days of waiting Finally got my DDD
