After you file

@farahfast do not pursue a tax advocate. They are very helpful, but you will get more help by going to the local IRS within your state. The local IRS within my state told me today, if I was assigned a tax advocate then they couldn’t help me. You can’t have both representing you. Your best bet is to go in person set up an appointment and take the necessary steps to get your money back in your pocket. I know it’s overwhelming, but trust the process and don’t give up. Continue to have a positive attitude and everything will workout for you. Trust me
