Finally figured out what the issue was on my return. I apparantly made an error, I put box 4 in box 2 by mistake. But, there is nothing I can do immediately to fix the problem. I have to wait until the IRS either "approves/rejects" my original return, which from the letter I received at 45 days, says it could take an additional 60 days. So, not sure what I can do from this point.
