I am having trouble accessing last years return- I need to get my AGI number to finish this years return. Had to create new profile to file this year. Help!

I have used Turbo Tax for years.  I got an email saying my user name was enclosed, ready to go.  However, I couldn't remember my password, so I tried all of the fields used to find username/password.  Turbo Tax did not recognize my email address, SS#, DOB, or any of it- kept coming back that there was no user found.  Very frustrating since they had been sending me email for years at the address it now claims it couldn't find.  I tried to find a way to contact TT in person, but you have made that nearly impossible.  I need the information on my Adjusted Gross from last years return to complete my current return.  In order to file, I had to create a new account. I need someone to help me find my return from last year so I can complete this years return.
