Where did you get the date--from the IRS or TurboTax website? Any date provided by TurboTax is an estimate based on averages.
Has the IRS actually released your Federal refund? What is showing with this tool at the IRS website?

Once released, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in different banks' processing times.
Also did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of the Federal refund? If so, then an intermediary bank is involved that we can tell you about. If your Federal refund has been sent, we can tell you how to check on its status at the website of the intermediary company. If you did not use this option, then this paragraph will not apply to you.
