So have you guys seen that the irs workers are following a script and are literally told to tell everyone the same thing to get them off the phone quick?! I understand high demand but if the hire ups didn't put everyone in this position to begin with the people answering the phones wouldn't have to deal with so many people. There are too many people needing their money and have yet to hear anything. And if they do it's the same bullshit...
